Mr. Mohamed Abdel Malek

As one of the four founders of the Union of African Experts, Mr. Mohamed is currently the President. He is a highly accomplished expert and consultant in a variety of key functional areas, including strategic planning, human resource planning, recruitment approaches, financial planning and contractual skills. He has a special interest in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and entrepreneurship in Africa. With 15 years of experience working at the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (BADEA), a leading multilateral financial institution focused on Africa, and experience working in Tunisian national banks, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his field.

Throughout his career, Mr. Abdelmalek has extensive experience in designing and developing training and capacity building programs, especially for banking experts from various national, Arab and African institutions, including Chad Development Bank, Banque de Guinea Islami, Nigerian Bank Corporation, Banque Tunisienne Senegalese, as well as banks in Côte d’Ivoire, Zaire and Morocco.

Mr. Mohamed Abdelmalek is the founder and CEO of Africa Acumen Management (AAM), a consulting firm specializing in providing its partners with a B2B connectivity database and effective management tools with a focus on human resources and partnership agreements. AAM services include corporate development, partnerships, and capacity building through 21 diverse programs.
